PureClo – Shipping Policy

1. Secure & Tracked Shipping
All PureClo orders are shipped using secure, tracked international delivery services.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
We work exclusively with verified logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable global delivery.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotional events), processing may take slightly longer.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time begins after dispatch.

PureClo is not liable for carrier or customs-related delays.
4. Remote Area Surcharge
Certain locations may be classified as remote or extended delivery zones by the carrier.
If applicable, any additional surcharge will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to remote area surcharges.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
PureClo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
We begin fulfillment quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

7. Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after dispatch.
During this period, tracking may show statuses such as:

Label created

Parcel data received
This does not indicate non-shipment.
8. Delays & Investigations
An order is considered delayed only if it has not been delivered within 30 business days after dispatch.
Before this timeframe, the shipment is considered within normal international transit.
If your order exceeds 30 business days, please contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation.
Depending on the outcome, we may offer:

A refund
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to:

Contact PureClo directly before initiating any payment dispute

Allow reasonable time for carrier investigation in case of delay
Opening a payment dispute while a package is in normal transit may delay resolution.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos.
We will assess the case and provide a suitable resolution.
